1. Introduction

Welcome to GS Production House ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing our website, booking our services (Event Management, Model Shoots, Video Production, etc.), or participating in our events (like MRFW), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, models, artists, and vendors.

2. Booking & Payments

• Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of a non-refundable advance payment (typically 50% of the total estimated cost).
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the shoot or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Pricing: Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on specific requirements, location changes, or additional equipment/crew needs requested by the client.
• Budget Range: Clients selecting a budget range in the booking form agree that services will be tailored to fit within that financial scope.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change, but our services involve reserving time, crew, and equipment that cannot be easily re-booked.

• Client Cancellation: If a client cancels a booking, the advance deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event/shoot may attract full payment liability.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Company Cancellation: In the rare event that GS Production House cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed, or an alternative date will be provided.

4. Auditions & Fashion Weeks (MRFW)

• Selection: Participation in auditions or fashion weeks (e.g., Meerut Runway Fashion Week) does not guarantee selection or a contract. Decisions made by our jury (Audition Judges) are final.
• Conduct: Models and artists are expected to maintain professional behavior. Any form of harassment or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification without refund of registration fees.
• Media Rights: By participating, you grant GS Production House the right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on social media and our website.

5. Intellectual Property

• Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the final edited photos/videos for personal or commercial use as agreed.
• Raw Footage: Raw files (unedited footage/images) remain the property of GS Production House and are not included in standard packages unless purchased separately.
• Promotion: GS Production House reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for self-promotion unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed beforehand.

6. Limitation of Liability

GS Production House will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, technical failures outside our control, or government restrictions (Force Majeure). In such cases, we will strive to reschedule or provide a credit note. We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by client negligence during a shoot.
