• Service Preferences: Information regarding the type of shoot (Product, Model, Pre-wedding) and your budget range.
• Visual Data: Photographs and videos submitted for auditions or taken during our events.

2. Use of Information

The data collected is used primarily to facilitate your bookings and improve your experience. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Process bookings and schedule shoots/events.
• Send confirmation emails and important updates regarding auditions (e.g., Reference IDs).
• Showcase talent: With your consent (implied via participation), photos and videos from shoots may be displayed in our portfolio or social media for promotional purposes.
• Internal record keeping and administrative purposes.

3. Media & Content Rights

As a production house, visual content is our core business. By participating in our auditions, fashion shows, or shoots, you acknowledge that GS Production House may capture your image/video.

We reserve the right to use this footage for marketing, website content (e.g., the "Featured Work" slider), and brand promotion. If you require strict privacy for a paid private shoot (e.g., a private portfolio), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed prior to the shoot.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We use trusted third-party services (like FormSubmit) to handle data transmission securely. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners (Event Sponsors) and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
