Payment Terms

A comprehensive guide to billing, invoices, and financial transactions with GS Production House.

Official Payment Channels Only

Please ensure all payments are made strictly to the GS Production House official bank account or the corporate UPI ID provided on your invoice. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for cash handed over to employees without a receipt or transfers made to personal accounts of agents/staff.

1. Booking Confirmation & Advances

In the creative production industry, scheduling is everything. To secure our team, studio space, and equipment for your specific dates, we operate on a strict advance booking system.

  • Booking Amount: A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total project value is mandatory to confirm any slot. No verbal confirmations will be honored without this deposit.
  • Blocking Dates: Dates are allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis. If the advance is not received within 24 hours of the invoice generation, the slot may be released to other clients.

2. Payment Schedule

For ensuring a smooth workflow, clients must adhere to the following payment milestones:

  • Step 1 (Advance): 50% at the time of booking to lock the deal.
  • Step 2 (Pre-Shoot): Remaining 50% must be cleared 24 hours before the shoot/event starts.
  • Post-Production (Optional): For projects involving heavy editing (Music Videos/Films), a separate milestone agreement may be signed where the final high-resolution files are delivered only after 100% settlement.

3. Accepted Payment Modes

We support digital India and prefer transparent, traceable transactions.

  • Bank Transfer: IMPS / NEFT / RTGS to our Current Account.
  • UPI: Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm (QR Code provided on Invoice).
  • Cash: Cash payments are accepted only up to ₹20,000 per transaction and must be accompanied by an official receipt issued by the accounts department.
  • Cheques: Cheques are subject to realization. Work will commence only after the amount reflects in our bank account.

4. GST & Taxation Policy

As a compliant business entity, GS Production House adheres to Indian taxation laws.

  • Exclusive of Tax: All quotations shared via email, WhatsApp, or phone are exclusive of GST (18%) unless explicitly stated as "All Inclusive".
  • GST Invoice: A valid GST invoice will be generated for every transaction. Clients requiring a GST Input Credit must provide their GST number at the time of booking. We cannot amend invoices once filed.
  • TDS: If you are deducting TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), you must submit the TDS certificate (Form 16A) within the stipulated government timeline.

5. Late Fees & Non-Payment

Delays in payment disrupt the supply chain for our vendors, light men, and artists.

  • Penalty: A late fee of 2% per week may be levied on the outstanding balance if the payment is delayed beyond the agreed due date.
  • Withholding Deliverables: GS Production House reserves the right to withhold all raw data, edited photos, videos, and intellectual property until the full payment is received. No "Draft" or "Low Res" files will be shared if the payment timeline is breached.

6. Refunds (Financial Policy)

Since our inventory and crew are time-bound assets:

  • Client Cancellation: Advance booking amounts are strictly non-refundable as they cover opportunity costs.
  • Rescheduling: If a client reschedules 7 days prior to the event, the advance may be adjusted for the new date (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a new booking requiring a fresh deposit.
  • Our Cancellation: In the unlikely event we cancel the service, 100% of the money paid will be refunded within 7 working days.
