The website, event, and services provided by GS Production House (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") regarding Meerut Runway Fashion Week (MRFW) are offered to you (hereinafter referred to as "The Participant" or "The Model") conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

By filling out the registration form, paying the fee, or attending the audition, you implicitly and explicitly agree to all clauses mentioned here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the registration process immediately.

2.1 Non-Refundable Nature: The Participant acknowledges that all fees paid to GS Production House, including but not limited to Registration Fees, Grooming Charges, Portfolio Shoots, and Accommodation Charges, are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. This applies regardless of whether the participant attends the event, withdraws voluntarily, is disqualified for misconduct, or faces personal emergencies.

2.2 Slot Confirmation: Booking a slot is provisional until the full payment is received. The Company reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking if the balance payment is not made within the stipulated timeline (24 hours). In such cases, the advance payment will be forfeited.

2.3 Transferability: Slots and registration fees are non-transferable. You cannot sell, gift, or transfer your participation rights to another individual.

3.1 Perpetual License: By participating in MRFW, the Participant grants GS Production House an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings taken during the event, auditions, or grooming sessions.

3.2 Commercial Use: The Company has the sole right to use these materials for marketing, advertising, sponsorships, social media promotion, and future event broadcasting without any further compensation or permission from the Participant.

3.3 No Copyright Claims: The Participant waives all moral rights and copyright claims over the content generated by GS Production House. The Participant shall not claim any share of revenue generated from the broadcasting or distribution of event footage.

4.1 Zero Tolerance: The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, verbal abuse, physical violence, or possession of illegal substances (drugs/alcohol) at the venue or accommodation. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the premises without refund.

4.2 Professionalism: Models are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism. Arriving late for rehearsals, makeup, or the main show will not be tolerated. The Show Director’s decision regarding lineup changes due to tardiness is final.

4.3 Defamation Clause: The Participant agrees not to make any false, negative, or defamatory statements about MRFW, GS Production House, its organizers, or sponsors on social media platforms, print media, or public forums. Any breach of this clause will attract a legal penalty of ₹5,0,000 (Five Lakhs) for damages to the brand's reputation.

5.1 Personal Belongings: GS Production House, the venue owners, and sponsors shall NOT be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (jewelry, costumes, electronics, wallets) of the Participant. Participants are advised to take care of their own valuables.

5.2 Injury Waiver: Participation in fashion shows involves physical activity (walking on ramps, wearing heels, etc.). The Company is not liable for any physical injury, health issues, or accidents occurring during rehearsals or the main event. Participants join at their own risk.

5.3 Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GS Production House from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Participant's breach of these terms or negligence.

6.1 Unforeseen Events: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power outages, fire, flood, storms, riots, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or Acts of God.

6.2 Rescheduling Rights: In the event of a Force Majeure situation, GS Production House reserves the right to reschedule the event to a later date or change the venue. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. The participant's registration will automatically be valid for the new dates.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi/Delhi. The Participant expressly waives any objection to this jurisdiction.
