To ensure a professional environment and the success of Meerut Runway Fashion Week (MRFW), all participants, models, and partners must adhere strictly to the following rules. Participation in the event constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees, slot booking charges, and grooming fees paid to GS Production House are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This applies even if the participant withdraws voluntarily or is disqualified.
Slot Confirmation: A slot is confirmed only upon full payment. Partial payments do not guarantee a spot in the final lineup. The company reserves the right to resell unpaid slots.
Hidden Costs: Any personal expenses (travel, extra meals, personal makeup kits) are not covered unless explicitly mentioned in the package.
Exclusive Ownership: By participating, the model grants GS Production House and MRFW exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use their images, videos, and likeness for marketing, broadcasting, and commercial purposes.
No Claims: Models cannot claim royalties or compensation for future use of event footage by the company. The company holds the copyright to all content created during the event.
Social Media: Participants must tag official MRFW accounts in all event-related posts. Negative publicity or defamation on social media will lead to immediate legal action and a fine of ₹50,000.
Zero Tolerance: Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the venue, green rooms, and accommodation provided by the company. Violation leads to instant disqualification.
Punctuality: Call times are mandatory. Being late by more than 30 minutes may result in the cancellation of the model's sequence without refund.
Behavior: Misbehavior with crew, designers, makeup artists, or fellow models will not be tolerated. The management’s decision regarding disciplinary action is final.
Personal Belongings: GS Production House is NOT responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items (phones, jewelry, wallets, costumes provided by self). Models must take care of their own belongings.
Property Damage: Any damage caused to the venue, hotel property, or designer outfits by a participant will be recovered directly from the participant. The company holds the right to withhold certificates until damages are paid.
Injury Waiver: The company is not liable for any accidental injury or health issues occurring during the event rehearsals or main show.
GS Production House reserves the absolute right to change the event date, venue, or show flow due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), government regulations, or safety reasons. In such cases, fees will not be refunded, but the participant's slot will be carried forward to the rescheduled date. The selection of Show Stoppers and Show Openers is at the sole discretion of the creative director.
