• Non-Refundable Advance: To secure a date and crew, an advance payment (typically 50%) is mandatory. This amount is strictly non-refundable as it covers pre-booking costs.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments ONLY through our official bank accounts or authorized UPI IDs. We are not responsible for payments made to personal accounts of freelancers or staff members without official invoice.
• Cancellation: If a client cancels a shoot/event within 48 hours of the schedule, the full amount may be charged to cover losses.

3. Auditions & Events (MRFW)

Participation in our events, such as Meerut Runway Fashion Week (MRFW) or general auditions, is subject to the following:

• No Guarantee of Work: Participation or registration does not guarantee a modeling contract, acting role, or future employment. Selection is based purely on merit and requirements.
• Media Rights: By participating, you grant GS Production House the irrevocable right to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on our website and social media.
• Disqualification: Misconduct or harassment during events will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.

4. Liability Waiver

While GS Production House adheres to strict safety protocols during shoots and events, participation is at your own risk.

• Personal Injury: We are not liable for accidental injuries (e.g., tripping on the runway, equipment accidents) unless caused by gross negligence of our core team.
• Valuables: We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings (phones, jewelry, makeup kits) brought to the set or venue. Please take care of your valuables.
